Before goods leave Pakistan for export, a structured quality plan protects your brand far more than last-minute spot checks. Here are five inspections Company Sourcing & Quality Services recommends on every apparel program.
1. Fabric and shade verification
Confirm GSM, construction, and shade continuity across rolls and dye lots. Early fabric issues are cheaper to fix than finished-goods rejects.
2. Measurement and fitting against the tech pack
Check critical points of measure on graded sizes, not only the sample size. Document tolerances so factories and buyers share one standard.
3. Workmanship and construction
Stitching, seams, trims, and assembly quality drive customer returns. In-line checks catch recurring defects while production can still correct them.
4. Print, embroidery, and embellishment QC
Validate placement, registration, colorfastness, and durability of prints or embroidery against approved standards before bulk packing.
5. Final PSI and packing / labeling release
A pre-shipment inspection (PSI) with AQL sampling reviews finished goods, packing, labeling, and carton marks so shipments leave with confidence.
